Depending on the nature of the tissue and the antigen retrieval requirement, one of the EZ-AR Elegance solutions may be used. EZ-AR? 1 Elegance is Citra-based solution, EZ-AR? 2 Elegance is Tris based solution. The use of EZ-AR 1 Elegance and EZ-AR 2 Elegance in combination with XDeWax ensures uniform dewaxing, rehydration and antigen retrieval.
