Specification	HiSur Maleimide Beads are activated magnetic beads in lyophilized powder form. The maleimide activated surface allows covalent bond formation to antibodies, proteins, peptides or other biomolecules via thiol (SH) groups. Oligonucleotides, antibodies or other ligands with thiol groups can be easily coupled to the beads. Attribute to their very large surface area (about three times larger than that of the MonoMag NHS Beads and unique surface coating, NHS Hi-Sur Mag exhibit superior binding capacity and low non-specific binding of protein or nucleic acids.
