Notes	Order this item if additional standard is requiredfor on-going assays. This item is included with singleor multiplex panels of above analytes. Reconstitute with 250 uL of the standard diluent( Provided with Sample Diluent Kit ) to provide theabove listed concentrations.
Standard Curve	Prepare a 4X Serial Dilution using the following table:( Prepare enough for standard in duplicate)150 uL total per well. For each new dilution, Mix bypipetting up/down 5 times. Change Pipette tips aftereach dilution. Keep standards on ice until use.
