Anti-IGF-II antibody (STJA0003198)

Dilutions	ELISA:This antibody can be used at 2 Mu g/mL jointly with biotinylated Human IGF-II antibody to detect Human IGF-II. The detection limit for recombinant Human IGF-II is approximately 0.2 ng/well. Western Blot:This antibody can be used at 0.2 Mu g/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IGF-II. The detection limit for recombinant Human IGF-II is approximately 0.2 ng/lane.
Purification	The specific antibody was purified from Rabbit sera by using immobilized recombinant Human IGF-II affinity chromatography.
Storage Instructions	Lyophilized antibody is stable at-20°C for up to 1 year from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, store in aliquots at 2-8°C for one month or at-20°C for 6 months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
