Description	MuCaP379AP cells were developed from prostate tumor cells of a mouse. This cell line resembles the histological heterogeneity of the original tumor. The MuCaP379AP cells proliferate in a mixed carcinoma/sarcomatoid carcinoma growth pattern after subcutaneous injection. This cell line provides a good in vivo and in vitro model of prostate cancer tumors for further investigation.
