Detection Principle
The kit can simulate xanthine and xanthine oxidase reaction system, then superoxide anion free radical 0·2 comes out. When we add Electron transfer material and color developing agent, the reaction system turns zinzolin, and we can use spectrophotometer to detect it’s OD. When anti superoxide anion substance such as serum, tissue which can inhibit the reaction and make quantity of superoxide anion free radical 2·0 reduce exists, the color of reaction system fades; when superoxide anion producer such as leucocyte and some anti-tumor medicine which can enhance the reaction and make quantity of superoxide anion free radical 2·0 increase exists, the color of reaction system become deepened. According to gradation of color of product, we can calculate the capability of inhibiting or producing superoxide anion free radical 2·0.
