Description	T2R10 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line was generated through the cloning of TAS2R gene into pcDNA 3.1+ (Hygromycin) vector between KpnI and NotI restriction sites. T2R10 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line allows for the structural and functional analysis of T2R receptors. Possible applications of T2R10 Expressing HEK293T Cell Line would be the development of bitter compound blockers or antagonists for these receptors.

Propagation	Use of PriCoatTM T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels.
