Description	Mouse R-spondin1 Stable 293T Cell Line was made via transfecting 293T cells with mouse R-spondin1 (RSPO1) protein tagged with N-terminus HA and C-terminus Fc. The resultant is the R-spondin1-producing cell line, in which may be used for studies relating to the Gain- and loss-of function in the Wnt signaling pathway with R-spondin1. Additionally, recent studies have suggested R-spondin1 potentially functions as a tumor suppressor, thus may be further investigated in cancer research.

Propagation	Use of PriCoatTM T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels unless otherwise specified in the Propagation Requirements below.The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm, Cat. No. TM003. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999)* to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) to a final concentration of 1%.Change media every 2-3 days.Carbon dioxide (CO2): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.* Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
