Description	Ad5 pTP Stable 293 (293pTP) Cell Line was established through the introduction of the piggyBac transposon-based vector encoding for Ad5 pTP. The cell line is designed for recombinant adenovirus packaging and amplification. The presence of the exogenous pTP accelerates the packaging process.
